1.Disable / stopp programmet i "Systray" (høyreklikk på oppgavelinjeikonet> Avslutt).

2.Stopp og deaktiver alle tjenester relatert til Norton-antivirus

• Start> Kjør: services.msc

Listen over tjenester som skal deaktiveres:

• Symantec Event Manager.
• Symantec Network Drivers Service.
• Symantec Network proxy.
• Symantec Passord Valideringstjeneste.

3.Kill all relatert prosess i Oppgavebehandling:

• SAVScan.exe
• ccSetMgr.exe
• SNDSrvc.exe
• SPBBCSvc.exe
• SBServ.exe
• ccEvtMgr.exe
• navapsvc.exe
• NPFMntor.exe
• symlcsvc.exe
• ccApp.exe
• ccProxy.exe
• ccPwdSvc.exe
• ccSetMgr.exe
• SymWSC.exe

4. Slett oppføringene i MSCONFIG

• Gå til "Start"> Kjør: msconfig> "Oppstart" -delen
• Fjern oppføringer knyttet til Norton.
  • [CcApp] "C: Programfiler Symantec SharedccApp.exe"
  • [Symantec NetDriver Monitor] C: PROGRA ~ ~ 1SYMNET 1SNDMon.exe
• Start datamaskinen på nytt.

5.Uninstallere Norton-programvarepakken.

• Start PCen din i administratormodus.
• Deretter går du til "Startmeny"> Kontrollpanel> Legg til / fjern programmer
• Se etter: Norton antivirus> Høyreklikk> Avinstaller.
• Start datamaskinen på nytt hvis du blir bedt om å gjøre det.
• Gjenta deretter prosessen for andre Symantec-programmer (Live Reg og Live Updates)

6. Fjern de resterende sporene til Norton

• Norton Symantec vil etterlate mange spor på harddisken din, du må manuelt fjerne disse oppføringene:
  • C: \ Program Files \ Symantec
  • C: \ Program Files \ Norton
  • C: \ Program Files \ Fichiers kommuns \ Symantec
  • C: \ Dokumenter og innstillinger \ Votre compte \ Application Data \ Symantec
  • C: \ Dokumenter og innstillinger \ Alle brukere \ Programdata \ Symantec
  • C: \ Dokumenter og innstillinger \ Administrateur \ Application Data \ Symantec

7. Fjern utdaterte regristry-taster.

• Bruk JV16 PowerTools-verktøyet til å fjerne ugyldige taster.

8. Raskt metode ved hjelp av HijackThis

• Last ned og kjør HijackThis.
• Finn og fjern nøkler relatert til Norton Antivirus.
